KrkfireAuto is an importer of gasoline vehicles, electric vehicles (EVs), and hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs) and does NOT represent the manufacturers of these vehicles. KrkfireAuto is responsible for importing the vehicles on behalf of the Customer. KrkfireAuto is not responsible for any factory issues. It is the Customer’s responsibility that once possession of the vehicle is taken, the Customer conducts a thorough inspection of the vehicle to ensure it is safe for operation. The Customer should check, but is not limited to, the following:

• Tire Air Pressure
• Ensure tire lug nuts are secure
• Check steering column linkage is secure
• Verify the functionality of safety features, including:
  • Seat belts
  • Lights and indicators
  • Turn signals
  • Brakes and brake lines
  • Brake fluid levels

KrkfireAuto acts solely as the importer and does not bear responsibility for any accidents caused by or related to the gasoline vehicles, EVs, or HEVs. Please ensure the vehicle is safe to operate before driving. DO NOT operate the vehicle if any of the listed items (or items not listed) are found to be malfunctioning. These vehicles, like all motor vehicles, can pose risks if not operated safely. For your safety, please adhere to the following:

✓ Ride within your abilities and never exceed them. ✓ Recommended for users aged 18 and above. ✓ New riders should consider taking a relevant training course. ✓ Operate the vehicle in permitted areas and/or with the landowner’s consent. ✓ Refrain from stunt riding. ✓ Never ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs. ✓ Exercise caution, especially at high speeds and on challenging terrains.

✓ Any performance modifications or installations are at your own risk. ✓ Altering the voltage level or tampering with the battery is prohibited to avoid risks like short circuits or fires. ✓ By purchasing and/or operating our vehicles, you assume full responsibility for any use and/or misuse of the product and agree that KrkfireAuto holds no liability for any resulting legal or other consequences.

The offer of this product is conditional upon your acceptance of the terms, conditions, and notices herein without modification.

Warranty: KrkfireAuto does not provide a warranty for the product. In no event will KrkfireAuto be liable for any form of damages arising from the use or misuse of the product, which may include, but are not limited to, death, injury, property damage, or theft, regardless of whether the product has been modified by the buyer.

Other Statements: Statements by KrkfireAuto employees or representatives, whether oral or written, do not constitute a warranty or agreement and should not be relied upon by the buyer as part of the contract for sale of this product.

Modification of Terms and Conditions: KrkfireAuto reserves the right to alter the terms, conditions, and notices under which its products are offered.

Acceptance of delivery of the product signifies the buyer’s agreement to the terms outlined in this document.
